Legend's in-house expertise includes thermal, optical and RF scanners. Legend can design scanners based on any of these technologies and have them manufactured keeping in mind the end-use of the scanners and the target price. Legend can also integrate scanners into mouse, keyboard or "within" any other device that you may choose.Our network of partners in China and Taiwan and design houses in India can rapidly come up with a prototype within weeks of receiving the product specs from you.
Hardware Testing Services:
Legend has a comprehensive database of fingerprint images from various sources - demographics, locations and from different types of scanners. Also in the database are results of various benchmark tests ever run in the past. The image quality of your product under various conditions can be tested, evaluated and compared with results from other benchmark tests
Algorithm licensing, development, benchmarking and customization
Legend has its own proprietary verification and identification algorithms and we also have a strong partnership with 2 of the most globally well known algorithm providers. Our algorithms, as well as our partners algorithms have been tested extensively and various tweaks have been evaluated to provide an optimal trade-off between speed and accuracy especially in situations that require not just verification, but also identification.
